As the holiday season approaches with all that it brings, we want to invite you to gather in a space for reconnecting with yourself through yoga and grounding in the warmth of community. This women’s retreat is a time to pause, nourish yourself and prepare for the season ahead with intention, calmness and a bit of playfulness.
We will practice playful and flowy vinyasa yoga, invite slow and softness with yin and yoga nidra, gather in a sharing circle to reflect, share thoughts, and set meaningful intentions for the end of the year and the season ahead and enjoy good food in good company.
