The class-types

Not only a physical practice - we offer a space for being, breathing mindful movements and inner connection. We have several different class-types to fit your mood and need for the day.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is all about your movements linked to the rhythm of your breath. Flowing from one shape to the next often in creative and dynamic sequences where you get to explore your body and what it needs in that moment.
Meditation
Pranayama
Pranayama, also known as breathwork is the art of conscious breathing—a bridge between the body, the mind, and the spirit. Through intentional breathwork, you awaken energy, calm the mind, and create space for deep healing and balance within.
Meditation is a journey inward—a sacred pause to breathe, listen, and reconnect with your true self and learning to just be in what is. It’s where stillness meets awareness, allowing you to find peace, clarity, and a deep sense of presence in the moment.
Yin yoga
Yin yoga is slow, deep and grounding. You’ll sink into poses and hold them for longer time period, up to several minutes. It unwinding, gently opening up and softening into the stillness. Whenever life is moving to fast, there is aleays yin.
Slow-flow
Mandala Inspired
Slow Flow yoga is a gentle, rhythmic practice that invites you to move with intention and breathe with ease. It’s all about softness, strength, and finding a deep connection between movement and stillness—like a moving meditation for the soul.
Mandala Yoga is a fluid, circular practice that guides you around the mat, moving in all directions like a sacred dance. Inspired by the elements, it weaves breath, flow, and intention into a journey that feels both grounding and expansive—uniting movement with the energy of nature.
