Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A return costs 39 SEK and will be deducted from the amount you paid.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products, or personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc., please place a new order and return the item you wish to exchange.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under the European Union
In addition to the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days if the item is delivered to the European Union, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned previously, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hej@rooted.se.
Online Monthly Membership
For the purchase of our online monthly membership, the following terms apply in accordance with Swedish law:

The monthly membership renews automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
